DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Most products will be delivered in 7 to 10 working days (but please allow 28 days for delivery)
Some items like our range of Body Armour are made to order. As a result on body armour the average delivery time is 5 to 6 weeks.

Here at Impact Uniforms we feel it’s better to offer a single standard delivery rate of £8.00p on all orders, rather than lots of different rates for almost the same end service.

Our £8.00p delivery charge only applies to UK deliveries. For overseas shipment costs please phone sales on +44 (0) 870 890 0061 or email sales@impact-uniforms.co.uk

All deliveries will be shipped to the card holders address unless special arrangements are made. On some restricted products like those printed with POLICE we may have to ship these to a registered site such as a Police, Ambulance or Coastguard Station. However please contact our sales team for confirmation.

If you wish to collect your product from us please contact our sales team once your order has been placed. We will then reduce your order cost by the delivery charge before processing your payment.
Our sale team will then contact you once the product(s) are ready for collection.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Impact Uniforms can accept credit card payments using our secure WEBSITE. All card details are kept confidential and all non-important information is destroyed once the delivery has been dispatched.

We can accept most major credit cards including: VISA – MASTER CARD – MASTRO – VISA ELECTRON. We cannot accept American Express Cards.

Order dispatch orders will include a credit card receipt as confirmation payment has been made. We will only take payment from your card once the goods are ready to be delivered.
You will notice the card payment will be to our sister company DPG Limited and not Impact Uniforms, so don’t worry if you see a payment to Design Packaging Group Limited on you bill or bank statement.

Impact Uniforms are happy to receive payments by cheque. If you wish to order by cheque please make the check payable to IMPACT and post it along with details of the item(s) you wish to order. In regards to the item details we need to know:

1) Product reference.
2) Brief Description.
3) Colour.
4) Size.
5) Quantity.
